Super delighted to have won this years Leadership Development Consultants of the Year award.
We’ve never really bothered to enter awards in the past, choosing instead to focus on client work and partnering them to come up with the best solutions to their performance issues.
This year, however, the word got out about the work we have been doing over the last 27 years and we were very lucky to have won this award.
To steal from the Oscars ceremony acceptance speeches, it has to be said that this was a total team effort. In particular for the work we did during 2023 for the Strategic Leader Development Programme that we delivered for one of our chemicals industry clients (Case Study available soon).
